How do I find out which insurance company my policy is with?

Check your declarations page โ€” it lists the carrier name at the top. Your insurance ID card (for auto) also shows the carrier name. If you can't find it, call our office at 508-746-3334 and we'll look it up for you instantly.

My premium went up at renewal. What can you do?

Call us before you cancel. MA insurance rates have been adjusting across the board โ€” but that doesn't mean you can't do better. We'll re-shop the market and compare your current carrier against alternatives. If there's a better option, we'll find it. If your current carrier is still competitive, we'll tell you that too.

I had an accident / damage to my home. What do I do first?

Make sure everyone is safe, then document the damage with photos. Then contact your carrier directly using the numbers on our Contact Your Carrier page. After you've reported it, let us know โ€” we can advocate on your behalf and help you navigate the claims process.

Can I get a copy of my policy documents?

Yes โ€” call or email our office and we'll get you a copy of your declarations page or full policy documents same day. You can also log in directly to your carrier's website to download them yourself.

Do I need to notify you when I make changes to my home or buy a new car?

Yes โ€” please let us know as soon as possible. Changes to your property or vehicles can affect your coverage, and some changes (like adding a vehicle or completing a major renovation) need to be endorsed onto your policy immediately to ensure you're covered.
